News in MARIKAJ: Our church in Marikaj has its own building now! Marikaj is a village
close to Tirana. In this area we have three little churches which are led by the same pastor. Those churches will come together in our new building in due course.
Actually the new building is pretty old. We need to renovate the whole thing, starting with the roof, which is about to descend on the floor. For
the smaller works, we received a helper from one of our churches in Germany; he is now in the village to fix what can be fixed. Also the people from the local church are helping as much as they can.
TIRANA: My students are writing on their exegesis this week and are worried to fail the
exam. (Maybe I shouldn’t have told them that once a whole class failed my course).
In church I started to give guitar and German lessons. We have seven students in the German class, three of them are not from church; therefore we
also use the class as a German alpha course.
I am doing fine and looking forward to spending Christmas with my family and New Year at Wake Up in Germany.
